Join Boy Scout Troop 622 for the Annual Stateline Scout Fishing Derby.
Saturday, June 4, Illinois free fishing weekend.
Registration begins at 7am, awards at 1pm.
Prizes are awarded in each scout age group. Hourly attendance door prizes.
Registration and fishing at the "Race" in Rockton just east of the intersection of Chapel and Main.
Scouts must be accompanied by and adult, 2 scouts per adult.
$3.00 fee includes patch.
Don't forget--the end of the school year does not mean the end of Cub Scouting. We're working hard to plan events--both new program and old favorites--to keep you learning and having fun this summer. Check back for updates as we finalize dates.
Keep in mind that Day Camp registrations are due about a month before the Camps begin. Day camp is a great way to meet scouts from all over the District. Online registration for camp has opened this year at blackhawkscouting.org. You can register for Resident Camp and Day Camp there.
